At Nomad Karaoke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your karaoke video for any reason, we'll make it right.

Full Refund Policy

Generator Credits

For credits purchased on the Generator (gen.nomadkaraoke.com):

• Unused credits can be refunded at any time
• If a video doesn't meet your expectations, we'll re-process it at no charge or refund the credit
• Technical issues preventing video generation will be resolved or refunded

"Do It For Me" Orders

For full-service video orders placed on nomadkaraoke.com:

• Full refund if we cannot deliver within the promised timeframe (24 hours)
• Full refund if you're not satisfied with the quality
• We'll re-do the video at no extra charge if there are any issues

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at andrew@nomadkaraoke.com
2. Include your order email or payment receipt
3. Let us know what went wrong (optional, but helps us improve)

We typically process refunds within 1-2 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Quality Guarantee

Every karaoke video we create is reviewed for quality. If you receive a video with any of the following issues, we'll fix it or refund you:

• Lyrics out of sync with the music
• Significant audio quality issues
• Missing or incorrect lyrics
• Technical problems with the video file

Limitations

While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note:

• We cannot create karaoke videos for songs that don't exist or have no available audio source
• Some songs may have limited audio quality depending on available sources
• AI-powered vocal separation may not be perfect for all songs (we'll let you know before processing if we anticipate issues)
