Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your karaoke videos. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Full Refund Policy
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- We are unable to generate a video for your requested song
- The video quality does not meet our advertised standards
- You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing your video
Generator Credits
Unused credits can be refunded at any time. Partially used credit packages are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Do It For Me Orders
For custom orders placed through our "Do It For Me" service:
- Full refund if we haven't started work yet
- Partial refund if work is in progress (based on completion stage)
- Free revision if the result doesn't match your request
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at andrew@nomadkaraoke.com with your order details. We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.
Quality Guarantee
Every video we produce goes through quality checks. If you're not happy with the result, we'll either fix it for free or provide a full refund.
Limitations
Refunds are not available for:
- Videos that have been downloaded and used commercially
- Requests made more than 90 days after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the original song's audio quality (we work with what's available)
